What You'll Do & See

Our tours focus on Michigan wines. Most of the area’s wine grapes are grown within 25 miles of Lake Michigan. We help you learn about Michigan winemakers as we walk around downtown Grand Rapids (and share the local history as we pass it). Get ready to sample the ice and fruit wines winning awards for Michigan vineyards at national and international competitions for both dry and sweet.

Learn how to properly taste wine and how the wine-making process affects the finished product. During your tour, we’ll also talk more about Leelanau Peninsula, where their wines are grown, home to some of the most diverse soils in Michigan.
