We provide barrier free tour routes on our public walking tours, plus a transport wheelchair to use
For tours with groups of neurodivergent & special needs adults, we focus on what guests can see, hear and feel, minimizing verbal overloading of senses.
Sign language and spoken language interpreters receive a free ticket on the tour to accompany the person they are helping.

Worry Free Fun So You Can Just Enjoy

At Tours Around Michigan we always work to do better for guests who rock life on wheels, use interpreters (including sign language), love a guide dog, or have physical or sensory concerns.

”When leading adults who are neurodiverse, we minimize information, and focus on visuals, smells, sounds, and what they can touch. It’s so fun when faces light up connecting to something new.”
